Bed Strength & Wards

BIMS Hospital Unit–I is equipped with an approved bed strength as per its Clinical Establishment License issued under the West Bengal Clinical Establishment (Registration, Regulation and Transparency) Act, 2017.

The hospital maintains general wards and designated patient care areas to support inpatient services, ensuring adequate space, ventilation, hygiene, and patient comfort in accordance with applicable healthcare standards.

Bed allocation and ward management are carried out under the supervision of trained nursing staff and medical officers, following standard protocols for patient safety, monitoring, and documentation.

The available bed strength supports routine clinical services as well as supervised clinical training activities for Nursing and Pharmacy students, without compromising patient care or safety norms.
